A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
Video
and Audio Mystery Shopping allows QSI Specialists to
provide clients with an additional level of service
evaluation. This Hi-Tech solution eliminates any opinion
from coloring the evaluation process. Only 7% of human
communication is conveyed with words, 38% is how the
words are spoken and 55% is by body language. Using
video and audio recordings accurately evaluate all types
of service performance. This useful tool enables decision
makers to increase sales, enhance profits and improve
customer retention and employee performance.
QSI
Specialists receive extensive training in the use of
hidden video cameras and audio recording devices to
ensure a completely anonymous interaction with the staff
being evaluated. QSI employs button cameras worn in
shirts, blouses and purses with power units small enough
to be easily concealed, rendering them undetectable.
Audio devices are an increasingly popular choice for
our clients; with advances in miniaturization our MP3
recorders can also be easily concealed.
Nevada
is a one- party consent state, which means that the
mystery shopper doing the recording is the consenting
party. However, in almost all industries where we do
video or audio recording, employees have signed appropriate
waivers acknowledging the use of Mystery Shoppers and
consenting to the taping of their interactions with
mystery shoppers.
Each
evaluation is designed to the specific scenario of the
client, allowing for a full review of any area of concern.
There may be additional written reports as needed or
requested. The QSI Specialist acts as a normal customer
and engages the employee in a service interaction. The
employees are given the opportunity to present themselves
in a professional and courteous manner. Our goal is
to assist our clients in understanding the customer
perspective.
