GIN
launches Video Stars in Las Vegas
09/16/2003 - by GT Staff
Employee
training and quality assurance programs in Las Vegas
have gone to a new level with the introduction of miniaturized
video. QSI Specialists, a leader in mystery shopping
in Las Vegas, has announced they are now exclusive Nevada
partners for the new Video Stars employee training program.
QSI is a division of Global Intelligence Network (GIN),
a local private investigative firm.
"We are very excited about bringing this new technology
and training program to Las Vegas businesses,"
said Peter Maheu, managing partner of GIN.
"Think
Candid Camera, using a hidden video on our expertly
trained ‘video scouts’ to capture sales
and customer service interactions of your staff on film,"
explained Chuck Kenerson, president of QSI Specialists.
He added that "Video Stars is a real time video
training program designed to provide your staff with
a visual model of their performance. It affords them
the opportunity to review, critique and self determine
what adjustments need to be made to their own performance.
It’s a very powerful tool."
The
Video Stars programs have been used nationwide to develop
successful employee training for restaurants, hotels,
casinos, retail businesses, homebuilder sales and automotive
dealerships. The Video Stars program can also augment
existing traditional mystery shopping programs.
