GAMING LICENSEES SCRAMBLING TO CLEAN UP NIGHTCLUB
OPERATIONS
Big Fines = Big Bucks at Casino Nightclubs and Topless
Pools
Las
Vegas, Nevada – July 13, 2009 – Chuck
Kenerson, owner of QSI Specialists, a Las Vegas based
mystery shopping company, announced today the expansion
of company services to include nightclub and topless
pool undercover audits. The new service is called
SCAN, short for Scandalous Conduct Alert for Nightclubs.
The program has been developed to assist the due diligence
process for gaming licensees in response to the recent
letter issued on April 9, 2009 by Randall Sayre from
the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, as well
as the most recent fines imposed upon a prominent
Las Vegas Resort & Casino by the Nevada Gaming
Control Board.
SCAN,
QSI Specialists’ latest undercover offering
has been designed to uncover scandalous behavior through
tactics and field operations derived from decades
of law enforcement experience. In addition to the
undercover SCAN audit, QSI Specialists’ is the
only company offering each SCAN report to be reviewed
and evaluated by Keith Copher, the former Chief of
Enforcement for the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Mr.
Maheu has designed a 360 degree audit that is unparallel
in the industry. “These audits will differ in
scope from mystery shopping services as we have designed
the SCAN audit to uncover, pinpoint and mitigate unsuitable
methods of operations as designated by Reg 5 of Nevada
Gaming statutes.” The QSI SCAN audit is operational
and immediately available to help align nightclub
operations with the codes of conduct required of all
gaming licensees.
