Peter
Maheu, Managing Partner of Global Intelligence Network
LLC, announced today the acquisition of BlueTree Management
Services, a Nevada based provider who specializes in
Customer Service Evaluations for the gaming and hospitality
industries. Global’s subsidiary, QSI
Specialists, is currently Nevada’s largest mystery
shopping provider with 250 mystery shopping employees.
Maheu stated that BlueTree has existing mystery shopping
contracts with several hotels and casinos, pubs, casual
restaurants and Native American gaming facilities. Maheu
also stated that BlueTree currently has a unique 120
hour Intern Partnership with UNLV’s William F.
Harrah College of Hotel Administration to train shoppers
who will be entering the Hospitality, Hotel and Gaming
industries in the art of customer service and guest
retention. Graduates of this extensive program become
certified specialists in the field.

Chuck
Kenerson, President of QSI Specialists and
Frank Petrasich, the previous owner of BlueTree and
President of the new division, stated that the combined
company will be able to provide Hotel and Casino companies
with comprehensive evaluations of all aspects of their
front-end operations with a state of the art on-line
reporting system. Kenerson stated that QSI would continue
to service all other areas of business in addition to
the hospitality and gaming industries. He stated, “The
combined resources of QSI and BlueTree will result in
better products and better services for our clients.

as well as for our clients.”
