Nancy
Malone-Harrah’s Project Manager /Editor
Nancy
Malone is the Account Manager and Editor for the Harrah's
Entertainment Properties located in Las Vegas and Lake
Tahoe. She began her career at QSI as a mystery shopper
in 2000, shopping just about everything from little
downtown casinos, to furniture stores, to banks, to
the Harrah's properties.
Nancy
also has a background in the medical profession, including
office management, scheduling and transcription. Having
been a medical transcriptionist for thirteen years resulted
in the capacity to write and edit reports. This definitely
came in handy for mystery shopping reports and, as a
natural progression, lead to Nancy being named Editor
for the Harrah's account.
After
becoming Editor of the Harrah's Entertainment reports,
she was named Account Manager for the eight Harrah's
Entertainment Properties located in Las Vegas and Lake
Tahoe. Nancy was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, but
has lived most of her life in Las Vegas. For fun, she
likes to read books, watch movies and spend time with
her two children.

Julie
Tuning-Project Manager
Julie
graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics in 1991 from the
University of Idaho. She worked for American Express
for 10 years in various levels of management, including
Travel, Finance and Risk Management. Julie left American
Express to be a full time, stay at home mom. Still wanting
to take care of her family, she decided to become a
Mystery Shopper. After signing up with various Yahoo!
Groups she began Mystery Shopping in 2002 as an independent
contractor in Utah.
When
Julie moved to Nevada she began working for QSI as a
Mystery Shopper. She has completed over 2,000+ shops
in all facets of the industry. Julie remarks that mystery
shopping is a great career for a stay at home mom. Recently,
Julie was asked to take on the additional responsibilities
of project management for QSI, scheduling other shoppers
to do mystery shops, while still continuing to mystery
shop herself. Julie resides in Las Vegas with her husband
and daughter.

Jessyca
Walton-Project Manager
Jessyca
was born and raised in Champaign, Illinois. She attended
Eastern Illinois University and graduated in December
of 2005 with her bachelor’s degree in hospitality
management with a minor in business administration.
After working various jobs and internships in different
branches of the hospitality industry she decided not
to pursue a career in hospitality because of the long
hours that would keep her from being able to spend time
with her family.
Jessyca began working in January of 2006 with an accounting
firm where she learned to assemble tax returns and gained
valuable office skills. She enjoyed this job, but left
this job in August of 2006 to move to Nevada with her
husband so he could work on getting his Masters at UNLV.
She began working with QSI in November 06 as a project
manager.

Jim
Boudreaux-Video Project Manager
Jim
moved from the Florida Panhandle to Las Vegas almost
two years ago. Jim holds a bachelors degree in criminal
justice (Magna Cum Laude; Troy University).
According to Jim, About 100 or so years ago he was a
cop. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1995 after
22 years of service ('73-'95). [To help some of the
younger folks put that in perspective: My military career
started while we were still in Vietnam and ended after
Desert Storm. The first administration I served under
was Richard Nixon's. The last administration I served
was Bill Clinton's.]
Jim
has been a private investigator for about 12 years.
He owned and operated his own PI firm for several years
prior to moving to Sin City. In fact, his relationship
with Global/QSI goes back several years and is directly
related to his PI firm in Florida. Global made use of
Jim's skills many years previous to his full time employment
with us.
