Julie Tuning-Project Manager

Julie graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics in 1991 from the University of Idaho. She worked for American Express for 10 years in various levels of management, including Travel, Finance and Risk Management. Julie left American Express to be a full time, stay at home mom. Still wanting to take care of her family, she decided to become a Mystery Shopper. After signing up with various Yahoo! Groups she began Mystery Shopping in 2002 as an independent contractor in Utah.

When Julie moved to Nevada she began working for QSI as a Mystery Shopper. She has completed over 2,000+ shops in all facets of the industry. Julie remarks that mystery shopping is a great career for a stay at home mom. Recently, Julie was asked to take on the additional responsibilities of project management for QSI, scheduling other shoppers to do mystery shops, while still continuing to mystery shop herself. Julie resides in Las Vegas with her husband and daughter.

After his discharge he changed venues and came to Las Vegas to learn the gaming business, starting as a pit dealer and poker dealer, then a floor supervisor and into casino management. John has written numerous manuals on casino operations, slot operations and casino service standards that are still in use today by gaming companies.

Today John is a highly-skilled gaming evaluator and trainer, skills he currently uses as the Director of QSI Specialists’ gaming & resort services division.
