Because of Nevada’s unique laws governing Mystery Shopping, QSI Specialists has entered into contractual agreements with approximately thirty (30) out of State, unlicensed Mystery Shopping Providers. Remember that Nevada Revised Statutes state that mystery shopping can only be performed by Nevada licensed private investigators or employees of Nevada licensed PI’s. QSI and its parent company, Global Intelligence Network are licensed PI’s in the State of Nevada. We utilize employees rather than independent contractors, and all of our employees have a State work permit issued by the Private Investigators Licensing Board.

While the mechanisms may vary from one client to the next due to different guidelines and reporting procedures, in essence, our partner companies assign all of their Nevada shops to QSI. QSI then schedules the shops utilizing our Nevada mystery shopping employees. We edit the shops, troubleshoot the shops, maintain liaison between our project managers and shoppers and the client, and submit the finished report to our Mystery Shopping partner company. QSI pays the shoppers (with full withholding), reimburse the shoppers for any required expenses, and then invoice the client at the end of the month or the end of the project. QSI is required to pay their shoppers every two weeks, which means that our shoppers are usually paid for their work before QSI is paid for theirs.
