Working with Account Managers
You can accept jobs with QSI Specialists’ Account
Managers or other partner companies via e-mail notification
or logging into Prophet at http://shopper.qsispecialists.com/
to self assign available shops.
Please
respond to Account Manager correspondences via e-mail
as soon as you receive e-mail message.
Deadlines are critical: Do not accept a job if you
cannot complete it. We depend on you to complete any
assignments accepted within the assignment dates provided.
Please review the mystery shop instructions to make
sure you can perform the mystery shop to the client’s
expectations. Even if you have done the shop before,
requirements change. Your scheduler will try to point
out any new information, but you are ultimately responsible
for completing an accurate shop and providing the
client with the information they need. If you can
not comply with the instructions for a given mystery
shop, please notify your Account Manager immediately.
Please reply back to your Account Manager if you intend
to accept a job assignment. Do not presume that if
an Account Manager wants you to accept an assignment
that he/she will know you are interested in accepting
the assignment until you have responded by e-mail
confirming your acceptance of an assignment. Once
you have acknowledged your interest in accepting an
assignment from Account Manager, you will need to
receive a confirmation e-mail from the Account Manager
notifying you that you are assigned to the given shop.
If you fail to receive this acceptance notification
e-mail from your Account Manager, then you are not
assigned to the project and it has been given to another
Mystery Shopper.
If
you have any emergency and can not complete your evaluation
by the stated deadline, please contact your Account
Manager immediately! If you can not speak to your
Account Manager directly over the phone, it is your
responsibility to keep calling and e-mail your Account
Manager until you can speak to he/she directly about
your circumstances.
If
you are actively working on a monthly basis for QSI
Specialists, please inform all Account Managers when
you will be taking a vacation.
