QSI Specialists also has available extensive casino shops utilizing shoppers trained in the UNLV gaming and hospitality institute. Some casino bosses do not want mystery shoppers in their casino. They only want evaluations conducted by investigators fully trained in all aspects of casino operations. Our investigators go through 180 hours of training in table games, slot and casino operations.
