Chuck
Kenerson-QSI President
Chuck
spent his youth on the East Coast and moved to Las Vegas
in 1961. He graduated from High School in Las Vegas,
and graduated from UNLV in 1970. Chuck joined Global
in 2000, bringing years of experience with the DEA and
Nevada Gaming Control Board. Chuck was instrumental
in establishing Global's mystery shopping Division,
QSI Specialists, the largest mystery shopping company
in Nevada.
Chuck spent twenty-four years as a Special Agent and
Supervisory Special Agent with the United States Department
of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration. While with
the DEA, Chuck served in a variety of domestic enforcement
and management assignments. 
Prior
to his retirement, Chuck coordinated interagency enforcement
operations in the DEA's Washington, DC Headquarters.
After
retiring from the DEA, Chuck spent three years as an
Agent with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, where he
conducted background and financial investigations on
businesses and individuals seeking approval for non-restricted
gaming licenses. Chuck serves on the Board of
Directors of the Association of Former Federal Narcotics
Agents (AFFNA).
Chuck
also has experience as a security consultant and corporate
security investigator for several major gaming corporations.
He is a member of the Association of Former Federal
Narcotics Agents, International Narcotics Officers Association,
American Society of Industrial Security and Nevada Society
of Professional Investigators.
Chuck
is a licensed Private Investigator in Nevada.

Theresa Jones-Operations Manager
Theresa
came on board at QSI as a project manager in November
2006. She came to us with experience as a Project Administrator,
Executive Assistant, Office Manager and Human Resources
Assistant, quickly becoming an asset to the company.
She is originally from Ohio, having moved first to Tucson,
AZ. She then moved to “The City of Lights”
with her husband who is in the Electrical business.

Natalya Berkovich-Accounting Supervisor
Our
Director of Accounting joined us from an affiliate company
in Florida in 2000. Natalya oversees all accounting
functions for Global Intelligence Network, and its mystery
shopping division, QSI Specialists.
Fluent
in Russian, Ukrainian, and English, Natalya also assists
in special investigations in Russia and the CIS Countries.
Natalya
Berkovich was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine. She
moved to the United States in 1994. In 1997, at the
same time she was attending Northwood University (Florida
campus), she started to work for an affiliate company
of Global Intelligence Network, LLC. While working in
Florida, Natalya was responsible for maintaining the
accounting records for several companies in which Global
Intelligence was affiliated. In 2001 Global Intelligence
invited Natalya to join their Nevada operations. She
became a naturalized US Citizen in 2002.
Natalya
was instrumental in developing a system of tracking
and reporting both for Global cases, and the complicated
financial reporting for QSI's mystery shopping. She
also is responsible for establishing and maintaining
internal controls and policies to promote the financial
growth of both companies.

Angela
Marano– Accounting
Angela
is originally from New York City where she attended
Fordham University at Lincoln Center. Angela moved to
Las Vegas in 2003 and she joined our team this year.
She has a strong background in bookkeeping and business
administration with many years of experience in varied
corporate environments. Angela is proving to be a valuable
asset to our Accounting Dept.

Diana
Langon –
Accounting
Diana
came on Board in 2009, as Accounting Assistant. Diana
processes QSI Specialists employee timesheets and maintains
their files, also posting payables, invoicing and other
various bookkeeping tasks.
Using
our internal time tracking system, Diana processes our
mystery shopping employee timesheets, reconciles those
records with clients' records, creates invoices and
posts bills. Her duties also include maintenance of
QSI employees' files and various other Human Resources
functions.

Daycy
Carr – Human Resource Manager
Daycy
Carr graduated from Vo-Tech High School in 2008. As
a student at Vo-Tech she majored in two fields; Accounting
and Office Technology. A year after graduating, Daycy
became part of the QSI and Global Intelligence team
as the HR/Recruiting Manager.
Daycy
is responsible for orienting our new shoppers and communicating
with partner companies to set up accounts for our shoppers.
She is currently in training to run the QSI website
along side our project managers. Her goal as the HR/Recruiting
Manager is to help all our shoppers with any situation
they may encounter in their beginning stage. One of
Daycy’s career goals is to move up in the company
and become a Project Manager. The skills she obtained
at Vo-Tech, her “CAN DO” attitude, and her
genuine care for others have made Daycy an asset to
our team and we are glad to have her with us.

Christine
Newcombe - Sales and Marketing
Ms.
Newcombe began her multi-disciplined career in New York
City training and performing as a dancer, singer, and
actress. Upon meeting Steve Wynn, Christine became enamored
with the synergies between entertainment and the Las
Vegas hospitality establishments. This chance meeting
resulted in a dynamic career shift affording Christine
the opportunity to work in every division of a hospitality
organization over the course of ten years. During this
time she opened three hotels – Wall Street Marriott,
Bellagio Resort Hotel, & Wynn Las Vegas in an interest
to maximize her exposure to hospitality operations.
Christine
brings this wealth of knowledge paired with her deep
understanding of operational execution in Casino, Hotel
Operations, Human Resources, Entertainment, Convention
Services, Retail, and F&B to every account she manages.
She has traveled extensively to Europe to study guest
service standards among the elite five-star properties.
Her vision is to evolve mystery shopping to the next
level, where hotel partners clearly benefit from benchmarking
and improved revenue generation.

Christine Casper-Project Manager
Joining
the company in 2003, Christine became an accounting
assistant in 2005. Christine processes Global and QSI

John
Dureen - Project Manager
Born
in Hawaii, John came to the mainland to attend Stanford
University and went on to be a Marine Corp aviator.
After his discharge he changed venues and came to Las
Vegas to learn the gaming business, starting as a pit
dealer and poker dealer, then a floor supervisor and
into casino management. John has written numerous manuals
on casino operations, slot operations and casino service
standards that are still in use today by gaming companies.
Today
John is a highly-skilled gaming evaluator and trainer,
skills he currently uses as the Director of QSI Specialists’
gaming & resort services division. His graduates
are among the very best casino specialists in the nation
who must attend 90 hours of intense classroom work and
participate in multiple field trips for being sent into
the gaming/resort world to conduct mystery shopping
evaluations.

Anita
Lumpkin - Project Manager
Anita
has been with our sister company Global Intelligence
Network for 3 years n as an investigator and has joined
our QSI team in 2008. Anita currently holds the position
with QSI as a project manager for Video/Audio mystery
shops. Anita also continues to support investigations
for Global Intelligence Network. 
Prior
to moving to Las Vegas 8 years ago, Anita’s previous
occupations provided extensive experience in Office
Management and Administrative Assistance. She also has
earned a living in the mortgage business as well as
medical assistance.
Born
and raised in Cleveland Ohio, Anita acquired an Associates
degree in Data Processing right after High School, during
which she acquired her Secretarial Certificate. As Anita
increases in knowledge and faces new challenges she
has proven to be an asset to both companies.

Andrea
Van Steenkist-Project Manager
Andrea
has worked for QSI Specialists since December of 2002.
She was hired as the Senior Account Manager and held
that position until the fall of 2004 when she stepped
down to Account Manager when moving to the Inland Northwest
where she now resides and tele-commutes.
She
has a BA in Marketing and Management from Eastern Washington
University. Prior to working for QSI she held the following
positions: Publications and Special Events Fund Raising
Coordinator for the Girl Scouts of the Inland Northwest;
Marketing Assistant for Spokane Federal Credit Union;
Publications and Event Coordinator for the YWCA of Enid,
OK; Assistance Coordinator, Leadership Spokane and Administrative
Assistant in the Education and Governmental Affairs
Department for the Spokane Area Chamber of Commerce.
Dubbed the "Shopping Queen" by shoppers she
brings over 14 years of mystery shopping experience
to QSI Specialists first as shopper and currently a
Project Manager.

Julie
Tuning-Project Manager
Julie
graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics in 1991 from the
University of Idaho. She worked for American Express
for 10 years in various levels of management, including
Travel, Finance and Risk Management. Julie left American
Express to be a full time, stay at home mom. Still wanting
to take care of her family, she decided to become a
Mystery Shopper. After signing up with various Yahoo!
Groups she began Mystery Shopping in 2002 as an independent
contractor in Utah. 
When
Julie moved to Nevada she began working for QSI as a
Mystery Shopper. She has completed over 2,000+ shops
in all facets of the industry. Julie remarks that mystery
shopping is a great career for a stay at home mom. Recently,
Julie was asked to take on the additional responsibilities
of project management for QSI, scheduling other shoppers
to do mystery shops, while still continuing to mystery
shop herself. Julie resides in Las Vegas with her husband
and daughter.
