About Us

QSI Specialists was formed in 1999 as a division of Global Intelligence Network. It was formed specifically to take advantage of Nevada's unique regulations which require that mystery shopping be conducted by licensed private investigators or employees of licensed PI firms. It was also formed so that we could offer additional products and services to some of Global's existing gaming clients. Our first clients were some small slot casinos in downtown Las Vegas, a small chain of 5 pubs owned by a friend of one of our employees, and doing a few shops for a few MSPA companies who were not licensed in Nevada. Our full time in-house staff of 18 people, from both Global and QSI, also did all the company mystery shopping. It was only after our livers began to fail that we decided it was time to grow and hire some more shoppers or get out of the mystery shopping business.

In 2000, QSI joined the Mystery Shopping Providers Association and QSI President Chuck Kenerson attended the first of many MSPA meetings. This one just happened to be held in San Diego where Chuck had lived and worked for many years. It was only after concluding that Chuck was not the "Nevada Mystery Shopping Police" that other MSPA companies began to call and request assistance from QSI in servicing their Nevada clients. MSPA companies remain an important source of business for QSI to this day. In addition, QSI began to do a lot of advertising and marketing from Las Vegas, as well as recruiting shoppers throughout the State of Nevada. We now call as clients some of the biggest and brightest Hotel and Casinos in the state, large chains of pubs rather than small ones, and dozens and dozens of local business of all sizes and shapes. We pride ourselves in servicing Nevada by conducting shops at even the smallest Mom and Pop business in addition to Las Vegas Mega Resorts. We are experienced in just about every business imaginable, where customer service is important to the client. We also have an Integrity Bar Spotting Division and a Video Mystery Shopping Division.

Chuck Kenerson, as well as numerous other QSI employees, have attended every MSPA conference since that first one in 2000. Our company is now the largest Mystery Shopping Company in the State of Nevada, both in terms of the number of mystery shopping employees and in the number of mystery shopping assignments conducted each month.

At the present time, QSI Specialist has a staff of 18 full-time In-House employees and part-time mystery shopping employees number well over 350.
